Special event Hotel Room Rate is $89 canadian plus taxes per night. When reserving a room, state that you are attending the howloween event on November 8th and you will automatically get the discounted rate. The special event rate can be applied upon check-in as well.
Note on Security Deposit:
The Compass Point Inn requires that a refundable $250 security deposit be left for each room booked. This is similar to the refundable charge that renters pay in case there is damage caused to the property. This charge is normally put onto a credit card in the form of a pre-athorized hold, which is never processed, and is released upon checkout. You must have $250 free on your credit card in order for the security authorization to go through.
If you do not have a credit card and would still like to book a room, you have the option of leaving a refundable $250 canadian cash security deposit with the hotel. Alternately, you can put the temporary $250 authorization onto the credit card of a friend or family member. BE SURE to state that you are attending the Howloween function at the hotel. If you have trouble at all with the deposit system, please contact us. |
Event Space:
The main event space will be comprised of two main ballrooms, separated by airwalls. There will be spaces for all of the following:
•Main event space
•Shared social, artist, and tabletop gaming space with Tables, Chairs, and Cash Bar
•Headless lounge
Attendance numbers will decide how much space is allocated to each function space. If you have specific requests towards function space, please let us know!
